Ingredients
- 3–4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 14 ounce high-quality smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Peel (if desired) and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
2. Layer the potatoes, kielbasa, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder in your crockpot. Gently mix the ingredients together to ensure they’re evenly distributed.
3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Alternatively, cook on high for 2-3 hours.
