- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in your crockpot.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. Whisk until smooth.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is fully coated.
4. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
5. Shred the chicken in the gravy using two forks.
6. Stir in the sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
