Ingredients
- 1 pound beef steak
- 2 cup diced potatoes
- 2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
2. Add cubed beef steak and diced potatoes to the Crockpot. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
3. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then gently stir to combine all ingredients.
4. Cover the Crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
5. Once cooked, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover to let it melt for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve warm, topping each portion with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, use leaner cuts of beef or low-fat sour cream. Serve with steamed vegetables for added nutrients.
