Description
Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is an irresistible comfort food dish perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekend gatherings, effortlessly combining cheesy, saucy layers in a slow-cooked masterpiece.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the garlic powder and half of the pasta sauce. Mix well and remove from heat.
2. Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of the remaining pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot. Add a layer of frozen ravioli, followed by a layer of the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese on top.
3. Continue layering – ravioli, meat sauce, and cheeses – until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
4. Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2-2.5 hours, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the ravioli are tender.
5. Turn off the crockpot and let the Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Scoop out generous portions and enjoy this hearty, cheesy meal!
Notes
Avoid overcooking to prevent mushy ravioli.
Try different ravioli fillings like spinach and ricotta or mushroom.
Adjust for dietary needs by using plant-based ground “meat” or vegan cheese.
