Ingredients
1 bag frozen tater tots
2 cups cooked pulled pork
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream, for garnish
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread the frozen tater tots out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crunchy.
2. Mix the pulled pork with BBQ sauce until evenly coated. Once the tater tots are done, layer the pulled pork mixture over the tots.
3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the pulled pork layer. Return to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
4. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a quicker option, use an air fryer at 400°F for 12–15 minutes for the tater tots.
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or toppings like jalapeños or bacon.
