Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- Place the cubed sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water by about 1 inch. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are very tender. Drain the potatoes well.

- Bake the casserole for 25 to 30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the edges are bubbling slightly.
- Let the casserole rest for about 10 minutes before serving, to allow the flavors to meld and the topping to set.
