Ingredients
- 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pound), sliced in half horizontally
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing, plus more for serving
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 tablespoon plain breadcrumbs
- Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the dill pickle ranch dressing and 1/2 cup of the grated Parmesan cheese. Spread this mixture over each of the seasoned chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.
3. In a third bowl, mix the remaining Parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this Parmesan-breadcrumb topping over the chicken breasts, pressing it gently to adhere.
4. Place the chicken in a single layer in your air fryer basket and air-fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh, chopped dill. Drizzle with additional dill pickle ranch dressing to serve.
