Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the salsa, sour cream, cumin, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix until well-incorporated.
3. Layer the tortillas in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
4. Spread the chicken mixture over the tortillas, then top with the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
