Ingredients
- 3 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, milk, and seasoning blend. Stir until well-mixed.
3. Transfer the filling to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Place the thawed puff pastry sheet over the top, trimming it to fit the dish and cutting slits for steam to escape.
4. Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
5. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
