Description
Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites is a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner that combines tender chicken, fragrant garlic, and rich butter for a mouthwatering dish.
Ingredients
- 3–4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are all roughly the same size for even cooking.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/2 cup of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until it’s browned on all sides, approximately 6-8 minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the broth has reduced slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Stir in the remaining butter and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
To ensure your Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites turn out juicy and flavorful, cut the chicken evenly and don’t overcook the garlic. Adjust sauce thickness by letting the broth reduce longer or adding more broth as needed.
