Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
3. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Sprinkle the baking soda and a pinch of salt over the wet mixture, then gently stir in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy.
