Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and chili flakes. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed.
  3. Combine Noodles and Sauce: In a large pan or skillet, heat the sauce over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss to coat evenly. Add 1/4 cup of water to thin the sauce if needed.
  4. Serve: Once the noodles are well coated and heated through, transfer them to serving bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Enjoy: Savor your easy saucy ramen noodles and enjoy the burst of flavor!

Notes

  • Optional Add-Ins: Add sautéed vegetables, fried eggs, or your choice of protein for an extra touch!
  • Adjust Spice: If you prefer a spicier version, feel free to add more chili flakes or a drizzle of sriracha!
  • Make it Vegetarian: Ensure your soy sauce and sesame oil are plant-based and skip the sesame seeds for a vegan twist.
