Ingredients
- 8 ounce penne pasta

- 2 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
