  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for direct, high-heat cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, baby potatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
