- 12 large pasta shells, cooked and drained

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly (about 2-3 minutes).
- Stir the shredded chicken into the garlic butter Alfredo sauce.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with a generous amount of the chicken mixture and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
