Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Steak:

    • 2 strip steaks

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 2 tablespoons butter

    • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

    • Kinder’s Buttery Steak Seasoning (or your favorite steak seasoning)

    • Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning (or a mix of salt, pepper, and garlic powder)

  • For the Sauce:

    • 1 cup chicken broth

    • 1 cup heavy cream

    • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    • ½ teaspoon oregano

    • ½ teaspoon thyme

    • ⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

  • For the Pasta:

    • 16 oz rigatoni (or your pasta of choice)

Instructions

  • Cook Pasta: Boil rigatoni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Sear Steak: Season the steaks with Buttery Steak and The Blend Seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Remove steaks and set aside to rest.

  • Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme. Stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  • Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Slice Steak: Slice the rested steak into bite-sized pieces.

  • Combine & Serve: Toss pasta in the creamy sauce, then top with steak tips. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Steak Tip Choices: You can substitute strip steaks with ribeye, sirloin, or any cut you prefer.

  • Spiciness: Add more red pepper flakes or a dash of cayenne for extra heat.

  • Pasta Options: While rigatoni works well, feel free to use penne, fusilli, or farfalle for a different twist.

  • Make Ahead: Prepare the steak and sauce ahead of time and store in the fridge, reheating before serving.
