Instructions

Cook Pasta: Boil rigatoni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sear Steak: Season the steaks with Buttery Steak and The Blend Seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Remove steaks and set aside to rest.
