Description

Bite into these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs, and youโ€™re in for a treat! Juicy beef, melted cheese, and a garlic-Parmesan topping come together in a flaky biscuit shell for the ultimate savory snack. Perfect for game days, gatherings, or weeknight indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Dough:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  3. Assemble Cheeseburger Bombs:
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Add Parmesan Topping:
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake and Garnish:
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne pepper to the beef mixture.
  • Make sure to cool the filling slightly before assembling to avoid tearing the dough.
  • These are best served fresh, but you can reheat them in the oven for a crispy texture.
