Ingredients
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast

- ¾ cup (180ml) warm water (about 110°F)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, instant yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Punch down the dough to release any air bubbles, then divide it evenly among the muffin cups. Let the dough portions rest for 10-15 minutes.
4. Spoon the garlic-rosemary mixture over each dough portion, making sure to distribute it evenly. If desired, you can also add any optional toppings like grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or sun-dried tomatoes.
