Description
Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a perfect summer treat combining grilled shrimp, fresh romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
Instructions
1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Let the shrimp marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the heat and set aside.
3. Lightly warm the flour tortillas on the grill for 10-15 seconds per side.
4. On each tortilla, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, shaved Parmesan, croutons (if using), crumbled bacon (if using), and drizzle with the creamy Caesar dressing.
5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
