Description
Juicy Ground Turkey Burgers: Flavorful and Healthy Patties
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, fresh parsley, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. Mix the ingredients gently until they’re just combined, being careful not to overmix the mixture.
2. Divide the ground turkey mixture into equal portions and shape them into evenly sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they’re golden-brown on the outside and cooked through in the center. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
Serve your turkey burgers on buns or lettuce wraps, and top them with your favorite condiments, vegetables, or cheeses.
