  • 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12×16 inches and ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch clear along the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced black olives, diced green bell peppers, and pepperoni.
  5. Begin rolling the dough tightly from one end to the other, pinching the edges and seams to seal them tightly.
  6. Brush the top of the Stromboli with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Place the Stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
