Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower florets
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounce bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until they’re tender, about 10-12 minutes.
