Indulge in these Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Fries, the ultimate comfort food with crispy, seasoned fries piled high with cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and juicy ground beef. Perfect for a fun dinner, snack, or party appetizer, these loaded fries capture all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a fun, crispy form!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large russet potatoes

  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • ½ lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned

  • ¼ cup diced pickles

  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup yellow mustard

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Prepare Potatoes: Wash and cut the russet potatoes into fries. Toss them in a bowl with vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Bake Fries: Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure they cook evenly and turn crispy.

  4. Add Toppings: Remove the fries from the oven and top with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and cooked, seasoned ground beef.

  5. Melt Cheese: Return the fries to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Finish & Serve: Once melted, remove from the oven and top with diced pickles, tomatoes, yellow mustard, ketchup, and chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra crispy texture, try using frozen fries.

  • You can swap ground beef for turkey or chicken for a leaner option.

  • Customize the toppings by adding lettuce, tomatoes, or any favorite burger toppings.

  • If you prefer spicy, add jalapeños or sriracha sauce to the mix.

  • This recipe can be made ahead; just reheat in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
