2 large russet potatoes
-
4 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-
½ lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned
-
¼ cup diced pickles
-
¼ cup diced tomatoes
-
¼ cup yellow mustard
-
¼ cup ketchup
-
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
-
Prepare Potatoes: Wash and cut the russet potatoes into fries. Toss them in a bowl with vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
-
Bake Fries: Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure they cook evenly and turn crispy.
-
Add Toppings: Remove the fries from the oven and top with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and cooked, seasoned ground beef.
-
Melt Cheese: Return the fries to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
-
Finish & Serve: Once melted, remove from the oven and top with diced pickles, tomatoes, yellow mustard, ketchup, and chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
-
For an extra crispy texture, try using frozen fries.
-
You can swap ground beef for turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
-
Customize the toppings by adding lettuce, tomatoes, or any favorite burger toppings.
-
If you prefer spicy, add jalapeños or sriracha sauce to the mix.
-
This recipe can be made ahead; just reheat in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
