Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
2. Lay the tortillas flat and spread the filling over one half of each. Fold the tortillas into half-moons.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter.
4. Cook each quesadilla 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
5. Repeat for remaining quesadillas.
6. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
