Ingredients
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
Ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
1. Mix the Filling: Combine macaroni, cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and chicken. Chill 30 min.
2. Form the Nuggets: Scoop chilled mixture into bite-size nuggets.
3. Bread the Nuggets: Dip each nugget in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the Nuggets: Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 min until golden; drain on paper towels.
Notes
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 min (flip halfway) or air-fry at 400°F for 8–10 min for a lighter version.
