12 large pasta shells

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp salt

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup dill pickles, diced

¼ cup ketchup

2 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Pasta: Boil the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set them aside.

Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.

Season & Mix: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, marinara sauce, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix everything until well combined.

Stuff Shells: Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shells.

Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
