Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa.
3. Drain and rinse the black beans.
4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the baking dish.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Top the crust with the seasoned ground beef mixture.
7. Sprinkle black beans, corn, and cheese over the top.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, swap the beef for plant-based crumbles or extra beans and veggies.
