Description
Loaded Pizza Mac Supreme is a delicious fusion dish that combines creamy macaroni and cheese with classic pizza toppings, all baked to perfection.
Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni or short pasta of your choice
2 cups rich tomato-based pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup sliced olives
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix pizza sauce with optional garlic powder, oregano, or Italian seasoning.
3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix macaroni with sauce in a large bowl, then transfer to a baking dish.
4. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and pizza toppings.
5. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 more minutes until cheese is bubbly.
6. Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the pepperoni and add more veggies.
For gluten-free, substitute with gluten-free pasta.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
