Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin: 1.5 to 2 pounds
- Maple Syrup: 1/4 cup
- Dijon Mustard: 1/4 cup
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. If using, stir in the chopped rosemary.
3. Marinate the pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
5. Sear the marinated pork in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
6. Pour the reserved marinade over the pork and transfer the skillet to the oven.
7. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
8. Let rest before slicing and serve.
