Ingredients
- 2 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy release.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Mold the meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared pan.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the delectable brown sugar glaze.
5. Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes, then remove it from the oven and spread half of the brown sugar glaze over the top. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Notes
Leftover meatloaf can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. When you’re ready to enjoy it again, simply reheat it in the oven at 350°F until warmed through, about 15-20 minutes.
