Ingredients
- 1 pound tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until it’s browned. Drain any excess fat from the pan.
4. Stir the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, cream cheese, and sour cream into the cooked meat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
5. Begin layering your casserole by placing half of the tortellini in the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the meat mixture, followed by half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Repeat the layers, ending with the remaining cheese.
6. Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
