Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9ร13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
- Make the Sauce: Stir in marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
