  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9ร—13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
  • Make the Sauce: Stir in marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Casserole: Layer beef sauce, frozen ravioli, and cheese mixture in the prepared baking dish. Repeat, ending with cheese mixture on top.
  • Top with Cheese: Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  • Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
