- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, biscuit dough, barbecue sauce, crumbled turkey bacon, and half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Toss gently until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Once baked, sprinkle the chopped green onions on top before serving.
