Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: To 375°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
2. Cook Mushrooms: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and seasoning salt. Cook until mushrooms are tender and liquid has mostly evaporated.
3. Add Cream & Seasoning: Stir in whipping cream, parsley, and black pepper. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Transfer to Dish: Pour mushroom mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.
6. Bake: Place in oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve: Enjoy hot as a side dish or light main course.
