- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced kielbasa, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out on a large baking sheet or in a roasting pan in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. If using broccoli, add it during the last 10-15 minutes of baking.
- Once the potatoes are tender and kielbasa is caramelized, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
