A delicious one-pot meal featuring tender steak and pasta in a creamy, spicy garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 tbsp butter (for searing)
- 1 tbsp butter (for sautéing garlic)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 8 oz short pasta (like rotini or penne)

Instructions
1. Sear the steak pieces in a large pot with 1 tablespoon of butter until browned on all sides.
2. Remove the steak and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes for about 30 seconds.
4. Add the pasta and broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente (about 10-12 minutes).
5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to thicken.
6. Return the steak to the pot, mix well, and simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve with chopped parsley on top.
