- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.

- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
