Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
- 4 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8–10 slices of pepperoni (or preferred pizza topping)

Instructions
1. Spread 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce on each slice of bread. On two slices, layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and any optional toppings. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
2. Spread the softened butter on the outside of each sandwich slice, ensuring an even coating.
3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the sandwiches, buttered-side down, and cook for 2–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
