- 8 oz. egg noodles

- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Egg Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once browned, drain any excess grease and add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

- Assemble the Casserole: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). In a greased 9ร13-inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked egg noodles, followed by half of the ground beef mixture. Spread half of the creamy mixture over the beef layer. Repeat the layers, finishing with the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
