- 4 pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until well blended.
2. Place the chops in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each piece is well coated.
3. Cover or seal the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade before cooking.
5. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Notes
For a sweeter marinade, add more brown sugar.
For more heat, increase black pepper or smoked paprika.
