Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage

- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until it’s browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers and sliced green onions for 2-3 minutes, until they’re slightly softened.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in the cooked sausage, sautéed vegetables, and bread cubes until everything is well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the surface.
6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and let it bake for 35-50 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center is slightly jiggly.
