Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to a toasty 400°F.
2. Line the Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Toss the Veggies: In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, onion, broccoli florets, zucchini, and baby potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
