Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
2. Drizzle in the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Rub the marinade all over the pork chops, coating them evenly on both sides.
4. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork chops.
6. Sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F).
7. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
