  • 2 cup pre-cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by greasing the inside of your slow cooker with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Add the diced potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker, then top them evenly with the diced ham pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and ham, ensuring everything is nicely coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook the Slow Cooked Ham Potato Bake on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
