Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese

1 cup diced onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup cooked rice

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef with diced onions and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.

Season & Mix: Stir in smoked paprika, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cooked rice, and diced tomatoes. Mix until well combined.

Stuff Peppers: Halve and clean out bell peppers. Spoon the beef mixture into each pepper half, packing tightly.
