Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans

- 4 large flour tortillas

- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Stir in cooked rice, black beans, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Mix well and remove from heat.
4. In a separate saucepan, make the smothering sauce by whisking together flour and chicken broth over medium heat until thickened.
5. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
