-
100g butter, melted
-
30g parmesan for butter
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
-
3 garlic cloves, made into a paste
-
200g mozzarella, shredded
Instructions
-
Cook the Meat Sauce:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. -
Simmer the Sauce:
Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 1 minute. Then, pour in the beef broth, tomato passata, and beef stock. Add Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, and sugar. Let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir in the parmesan cheese for a creamy finish. -
Cook the Spaghetti:
Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well and mix it into the meat sauce, making sure each strand is coated with the delicious sauce. -
Prepare the Bread Bowls:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the rolls and hollow them out carefully, making room for the spaghetti. -
Make Garlic Butter:
Mix the melted butter with the parmesan, parsley, and garlic paste. Brush the inside of the bread bowls with the garlic butter mixture for extra flavor. -
Assemble & Bake:
Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Serve & Enjoy:
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness of Spaghetti Garlic Bread Bowls!
