Instructions

1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches the perfect al dente texture. Before draining, reserve a cup of the starchy pasta water to help thin out the sauce later. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
