Description

Indulge in these crispy, creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Eggrolls. A delightful dessert that combines the smoothness of cheesecake filling with the crunch of fried eggroll wrappers. Perfect for any occasion, these eggrolls are filled with a sweet strawberry cream cheese mixture and dusted with powdered sugar for the ultimate treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam or preserves

  • Diced fresh strawberries (optional)

  • 10–12 eggroll wrappers

  • Water or egg wash (1 egg whisked with water)

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

  • Extra strawberry jam or chocolate sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam until smooth. Stir in fresh diced strawberries if desired.

  • Assemble the Eggrolls: Lay the eggroll wrappers flat on a surface. Spoon a portion of the cheesecake filling into the center of each wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water or an egg wash.

  • Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

  • Fry the Eggrolls: Fry the eggrolls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Once done, drain on paper towels.

  • Serve: Dust the eggrolls with powdered sugar and serve with extra strawberry jam or chocolate sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • If you prefer a smoother filling, blend the cream cheese mixture until completely smooth.

  • For extra flavor, add a small amount of cinnamon to the filling.

  • If you don’t have eggroll wrappers, you can use spring roll wrappers as a substitute.
