- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the sweetened shredded coconut and chopped fresh strawberries in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to the instructions on the box, then pour the batter over the coconut and strawberry layer, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the top of the cake batter.
- Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the top of the cake.
